This year Dx3 hosted the first Canadian Retail Innovation Challenge in partnership with Oxford Properties Group, the Retail Council of Canada, Retail Prophet & Salesforce. Over 50 applicants applied to pitch their companies to a panel of judges from each of our partners, with only six having the opportunity at Dx3 2017.
Tanya Heath PARIS won in our Retail Merchant category, and had the opportunity to participate in a pop-up shop at Oxford’s Yorkdale Mall during the month of May, along with the opportunity to pitch to the RCC board of directors, and participate in this week’s STORE Conference.
Tanya Heath PARIS Co-Owner Leslie-Ann Dominy shared her exciting win with Amber Mac in our Dx3 Canadian Tech Spotlight, and shared more about the company and patented heel technology.
Tanya was so frustrated with the shoe industry. She would get over-optimistic in the morning, walk her kids to school, take the metro to work, and by lunch, buy a new pair of shoes. So she thought, ‘why can’t I carry a new pair of heels in my purse?’
Dx3 joined the Tanya Heath PARIS team at their Yorkdale pop-up shop for a VIP Reception in their new space. Over tasty bubbly, macarons and french inspired illustrations, we browsed their latest collection, marvelled over their technology and had the chance to meet Co-Founder, Tanya Heath.
