Ben, I understand the point you’re trying to make, but aren’t advertisers who spend $4 million on a Superbowl ad the same companies who also spend another $400 million on their other marketing initiatives? The Superbowl ad is just 1% of their annual advertising budget, so whether it’s wasteful or not doesn’t matter too much.
