Dave Wilkin in the AOL Conversation Studio

April 17, 2014 Ben Myers

As founder of networking organization Ten Thousand Coffees, Dave Wilkins can see the intersection of the skills of young people and their careers.

The growth of’ mobile technology plays a large role in the future of digital business, but it’s the talents and insight of young workers that will guide the use of this technology.

“The major decision-makers… are people who didn’t grow up in the digital era,” Wilkins said. “They’re looking [to] the younger generation or the leaders of tomorrow to help them make those big decisions.”

In a perfect work environment, the experience of people in leadership positions and the ground-level expertise of young workers can ”bring together their collective strengths.”
